Melbourne Gliding Club has one of Australia's best fleet of aircraft, with three DG training gliders available for instruction and a modern fleet of 6 gliders in total (plus two tug aircraft).
Don't forget that you must also be a member of Gliding Australia. Membership details are available on the GFA website.
At Melbourne Gliding Club, the safety and quality of training is our utmost concern. We can therefore only train a certain number of new members at any given time. Currently we are at capacity with our training slots and have activated a waiting list. If you have no gliding experience and are interested in joining, please join the "Waiting list - Flying member" category and someone from the club will be in contact with you as soon as we have a better idea of when you can start your training.
Should you already be solo, you can join straight away. Please join one of the suitable "Flying Member" categories and someone from the club will be in contact with you.
